Bob is a Director within GTM’s Lead Tax Practice, based out of Harrisburg, PA. He primarily focuses on assisting companies with accounting for income taxes (ASC 740) and international reporting and planning.
Bob also assists clients with worldwide tax provisions under US GAAP, business combinations, foreign tax credit modeling, valuation allowances, Subpart F/GILTI inclusions, and business restructuring transactions. He serves clients in the manufacturing, consumer products, pharmaceutical, and service industries.
Prior to joining GTM, Bob was a Senior Manager with KPMG, where he assisted tax departments with acquisitions/purchase accounting, cash repatriation, tax department optimization/efficiency, and outside basis difference (APB 23) assertions/calculations. He also implemented tax planning with respect to minimizing Subpart F/GILTI inclusions, corporate acquisitions, earnings and profits studies, and maximizing foreign tax credits.
Bob resides in Harrisburg, PA and enjoys traveling, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. He is a member of both the AICPA and PICPA.
